Activate Nintex Workflow

This topic describes how to activate Nintex Workflow in site collections and sites.

Activation of Nintex Workflow is required for sites used to design workflows and interact with Nintex Workflow.

To activate Nintex Workflow in a site collection

1. Click the settings icon () on the upper right and then select Site settings to display the Site Settings page.
2. Under Site Collection Administration , click Site collection features.

3. To the right of Nintex Workflow 2016, click Activate.

   After a short delay, the page updates and the status becomes Active.

   The feature is now available for activation on sites within this site collection.

To activate Nintex Workflow in a site

1. Ensure that Nintex Workflow is activated at the site collection level (previous procedure).

   The feature cannot be activated on sites until it is activated on the parent site collection.

2. Click the settings icon () on the upper right and then select Site settings to display the Site Settings page.
3. Under Site Actions , click Manage site features.

4. To the right of Nintex Workflow 2016, click Activate.

   After a short delay, the page updates and the status becomes Active.

   Nintex Workflow can now be used within this site.
