Use one profile for multiple accounts
The Nintex Mobile app supports a single user profile for multiple accounts, allowing you to access up to five unique sites or tenancies from one sign-in.
The first time you access the app after download, you are prompted to create a profile. You can add up to five accounts to the profile and set or change the PIN for your profile. You can also delete your profile to remove user information and items from local storage on your mobile device.
Note: Microsoft Account connections will be deprecated on October 1, 2018.
Note: For the Microsoft account type, only one account per profile is supported. If you use a Microsoft account to access an on-premises SharePoint site, then create a profile specific to that account.
To create a user profile (on opening the app for the first time), follow the prompts
- Enter the email address for the profile.

Select the first account type and then enter credentials for the related site or tenancy.

To add an account to your profile
- Tap Settings and then tap Add another account.
To set or change the PIN for your profile

Tap Settings and then tap the option for setting or changing your PIN.
Note: You are prompted to set a PIN the first time you sign out of the app.
To sign into the app using your profile
- Enter the email address for the profile and then enter the PIN.
To delete your profile
- Tap Settings, tap Sign Out (or the icon) on the upper right of the screen, and then select Delete Profile.
