Site Workflows

​A site workflow is attached to the site rather than a list or library.

The creation and management of site workflows is the same as for workflows that are attached to a list or library. 

Note: Actions specific to lists and libraries are not availalbe for site workflows in the Nintex Workflow Designer.


To create a site workflow:

  • From the menu on the upper right corner of the page, click  (Settings) > Nintex Workflow 2013 > Create Site Workflow. The workflow designer canvas appears.

To manage site workflows:

  • From the menu on the upper right corner of the page, click (Settings) > Nintex Workflow 2013 > Manage Workflow Inventory. A page appears listing all workflows created within the site.

To view the site workflow history:

  • From the menu on the upper right corner of the page, click (Settings) > Nintex Workflow 2013 > View Workflow History. A page appears, listing the Nintex workflows that are running for the site.

To schedule site workflows:

  • From the menu on the upper right corner of the page, click  (Settings) > Nintex Workflow 2013 > Schedule Site Workflows. A list of scheduled workflows appears.
