Secure app when in background
This topic describes how to enable the lock option to secure your app when in background state.
To access your app when the locking option is engaged, use your selected security protocol.
- PIN
- Touch ID (iOS 5S and later)
To secure your Android app when not in use

In the Nintex Mobile app, tap Menu, and then tap the settings icon (
). For information on signing in, see Signing in to the Nintex Mobile App.

On the settings page, enable Lock on background.
When enabled, the app prompts you to create a PIN if you don't have one.
To secure your iOS app when not in use

On the settings page, enable Lock App.

Touch ID: (iOS 5S and later.) Uses your Touch ID to unlock your app.

PIN: Uses your app PIN to unlock your app.
When enabled, the app prompts you to create a PIN if you don't have one.
