To view data and downloads details

  1. In the Nintex Mobile app, tap Menu, and then tap the settings icon ().

    For information on signing in, see Signing in to the Nintex Mobile App.

  2. On the settings page, tap Data and downloads.

Fields Description
Use mobile networks

Controls use of cellular data connections for retrieval and submission of items.

Available settings:

  • On (default): Allows use of cellular data connections for retrieval and submission of items.

  • Off: Restricts retrieval and submission of items to wireless connections only.

Download new items

Controls refresh frequency for tasks and forms.

Available settings:

  • Manual: Disables automatic refresh.

  • Every 15 minutes (default): Automatically refreshes items every 15 minutes.

  • Every 30 minutes: Automatically refreshes items every 30 minutes.

  • Every 60 minutes: Automatically refreshes items every 60 minutes.
Auto download attachments

(Corporate accounts only) Controls download behavior for task attachments.

Available settings:

  • Manual (default): Disables automatic download. Items are downloaded when tapped or clicked.

  • WiFi only: Automatically downloads items with an active wireless connection only.

  • Always: Automatically downloads items with any active connection (cellular data or wireless).
