Configuring Citrix to work with Nintex RPA

Step 1: Configure Nintex Citrix Remote Controller

Step 2: Configure the Nintex RPA Studio and Robot on the client machines

Before you start

  • Make sure you have Citrix Workspace application installed on the client machines (Robot and Studio)

  • Make sure you have Administrator rights on the client machine in order to modify Windows Registry keys and register necessary libraries

  • Make sure you have .NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.13 installed on the Nintex RPA server.

  • Note that Citrix is supported only if you have administration access to the Citrix server.
