Configuring Citrix to work with Nintex RPA

Step 1: Configure Nintex Citrix Remote Controller

Step 2: Configure the Nintex RPA Studio and Robot on the client machines

Before you start

  • Make sure you have Citrix Workspace application installed on the client machines (Robot and Studio)

  • Make sure you have Administrator rights on the client machine in order to modify Windows Registry keys and register necessary libraries

  • Make sure you have .NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.13 installed on the Nintex RPA server.

  • Note that Citrix is supported only if you have administration access to the Citrix server.

Download and install Nintex-Citrix Remote Controller on the Citrix machine

  1. Download the Nintex-Citrix Remote Controller and run it on the Citrix machine.

    Note that the Nintex Citrix Remote controller is certified by Citrix.

  2. Log-off and log back in to the machine in order for the Citrix Remote Controller to start working.

  3. A dedicated tray icon will appear after login. You can right--click the Tray icon to stop or exit the Remote Controller.
