K2 integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, through SmartObjects (which can in turn be consumed by Workflows, Forms and Reports) as well as workflow wizards, exposed in the workflow design tools.

There are no specific installation steps required to install this Service Broker, it is included and available by default in a K2 environment.
