SQLUM as security provider error when trying to open a View Flow Report
Issue:
When using SQLUM as the security provider and trying to open a View Flow Report, the following error might occur:
Solution:
Perform the following steps to resolve the problem:
- Navigate to the following location C:\Program Files\K2 blackpearl\WorkSpace\Site\TaskListControl and create a backup of the GetSilverlight.aspx file.
- From the K2 portal, download the following Silverlight file replacement. (http://help.k2.com/en/KB001183.aspx).
- Delete the current GetSilverlight.aspx file in the directory specified in step one.
- Rename the downloaded file for GetSilverlight.aspx.
- Navigate to the following dialog in Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History.
- Click the Delete button, select History and click Delete.
- Open the View Flow Report.
