K2 Process Portals - Server Rights
The Server Rights node presents a list of users with the associated K2 Server permissions. New users can be added, and new permission selections can be saved by selecting either the Add or Save option in the Actions menu.
Click on the Save option within the Actions drop-down when there has been a change of a user's permission level.
| Permission Level | What it is |
|---|---|
| Admin | Assigns Administration permission rights to the User |
| Export | Assigns Export permission rights - allows K2 Process to be deployed to the K2 Server by the selected user. |
| Impersonate | Assigns Impersonation rights to the User |
Add A New User
To add a new user to the Server Rights list click on Actions and select Add.

Server Rights can be assigned to Active Directory Users or Groups. In addition, Server Rights can be assigned to SharePoint Groups which contain AD Groups and Users. |
