Contextualized Assistance: Destination Rule Planning Scenarios and Plan Per Slot - No Destination

The Activity slots determines the number of destination users that can interact with and action a Client Event. The number of slots allocated is normally the same or lower than the TOTAL destination users in the destination list. When configuring the number of slots, two options are available namely:

Configure K2 to allocate a slot to each destination user
Specify the number of slots per activity instance

Destinations: The number of users/roles/groups that will receive a visible indication in their worklist

Slots: The number of actions that should be executed via a client or server event
