LDAPS settings for the Active Directory Wizard

In Windows Server 2003 LDAP over SSL (LDAPS) is not configured by default, so a configuration issue may occur due to the missing LDAPS support as the environment will not have a certification authority (CA) installed and also will not have the appropriate server authentication certificate configured.
