Local Security Policy

To facilitate the LOGON32_LOGON_BATCH method the administrator needs to alter the security policy of the local machine to allow batch server logon. If a user is identified as the specified credentials set for Run As, then the user specified must also be present in the Local Security Policy or Within a User Group. The Local Policy can be configured independently or via a Global Group Policy, independent of local infrastructure and requirements.
