InfoPath Process Wizard - Open Rules

The Open Rules wizard screen is used to enable/disable the inclusion of the Clear Workflow Task Action Rule in the InfoPath integration. If this Rule is selected, the previous Workflow Task Actions will be cleared by default when the InfoPath form is opened.

Default behavior is to enable the Clear Workflow Task Action Rule

Upon selection to enable the Clear Workflow Task Action Rule, the Rule will be added to the InfoPath form. To view this rule in InfoPath, navigate to Tools > Form Options, select Open and Save and click on the Rules button in Microsoft InfoPath 2007.

In Microsoft InfoPath 2010, navigate to Data > Form Load. The Rules will be displayed in the Rules pane.
