Clear cache after deploying K2 blackpearl

When a change is made to K2 Designer for SharePoint, users are required to clear their Internet browser cache. By clearing the browser cache any changes to the K2 Designer will apply.

Clearing the cache means emptying it, so the next time the web page is displayed, everything must be downloaded anew. This will ensure that latest data will display. It is recommended that the cache is also cleared after an upgrade to K2 blackpearl where the K2 Designer for SharePoint is updated.

Pressing the F5 button or clicking the Refresh icon will only refresh the page content. For changes to apply you will have to clear the browser cache.
