Public Property Enabled Gets or sets a Boolean value specifying whether a day of the year is considered to be a day with different working hours to the rest of the days of the year.  
Public Property FromHour

Gets or sets the range of the working hours for the ExceptionDay object. FromHour determines the hour at which the exception day starts.

FromHour uses 24-hour format e.g. 17:00 = 5:00 PM

Example: [ExceptionDay.FromHour]:[ExceptionDay.FromMinute]

Gets or sets the range of the working hours for the ExceptionDay object. FromMinute determines the minutes at which the exception day starts.
