Users Wizards
The User Events wizards allow you to manage SharePoint users as part of a workflow. However, users can not be created or deleted in a workflow event; use the SharePoint administration pages for user creation and deletion.
Wizard Name | Function |
---|---|
Add User To Group | Adds a SharePoint user to a group |
Get User Reference | Creates a user reference that can be used in later workflow steps |
Remove User From Group | Removes a SharePoint user from a group |
To launch an event, drag it from the toolbox onto the workflow design canvas.
