Users Wizards

The User Events wizards allow you to manage SharePoint users as part of a workflow. However, users can not be created or deleted in a workflow event; use the SharePoint administration pages for user creation and deletion.

Wizard Name Function
Add User To Group Adds a SharePoint user to a group
Get User Reference Creates a user reference that can be used in later workflow steps
Remove User From Group Removes a SharePoint user from a group

To launch an event, drag it from the toolbox onto the workflow design canvas.
