Delete Document
This wizard is found in the SharePoint 2013 - Document Events node.
What does it do?
The Delete Document event allows you to delete a document from a SharePoint document library.
How is it used?
A business application may delete a document after it is no longer needed.

Select the document reference or browse to a document.

Choose a site collection from the available site collections that have the K2 for SharePoint app registered. If there is only one it is auto-selected. |

Continue if document is not found | If the document is not found or no longer exists the workflow will continue and not error. | Select if required. |

If Browse to document was selected on the Specify Document page of the wizard, select the SharePoint library containing the document to delete.

When the SharePoint Site Collection contains subsites, navigate to the required Library by double-clicking the subsite. Select the required library and continue the wizard.

If Browse to document was selected on the Specify Document page of the wizard, set the filters to determine which documents are to be deleted.

On the Use Recycle Bin page, specify whether documents are to be recycled or deleted.

Select if the recycle bin is to be used: Yes: Deleted items are placed in the site recycle bin and can be restored. Note that if the SharePoint list or library exists on a subsite the deleted item is placed in the main site collection's recycle bin. No: Items are immediately deleted and can not be restored. Select from the radio buttons or toggle the button to type in a value. When toggled, the value is converted to a Boolean value, if the value cannot be converted it is set to false by default. |
