Interval Graph - Settings
The following Settings can be configured to customize the Interval Graph web part:

Inherits the Process Portal settings when selected |
Click on the radio button to select the option. Then select the process in the list whose intervals you want to see. |
Use Available Processes |
Specify which process/es should be included |
Click on the radio button to select the option. When selected, the available processes will be listed. More than one process can be selected |
Filter |
Filters the processes listed |
Type text to specify the criteria to filter on. The screen will refresh and display the results |
Processes |
Lists the processes available for selection |
Click on the radio button to select the process |
Show completed instances |
When selected, all process instances will be reflected. Those who are complete and those who are still in progress. |

Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time |
Weekly |
Displays the process instances started in weekly intervals |

Displays the process instances started in monthly intervals |
Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time |
Quarterly |
Displays the process instances started in quarterly intervals |
Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time |
Yearly |
Displays the process instances started in yearly intervals |
Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time |
Range |
Represents the range to be included. The default range is 7. If daily is selected, the last 7 days will be displayed. |
Select the required range from the drop down list |
Fixed Range |
Represents the period to be included. Specify the From or To Date for the period you want to see. |

Displays the time period of the activities within the Process from the start until the present. When selected, the duration will be used in the graphical representation. |

Displays the number of instances of a specific workflow Process. When selected, the number of instances will be used in the graphical representation.

If the Interval Graph web part is added to a site which is not a K2 Process Portal site, all processes will be displayed and the K2 Process Portal Settings won’t apply. See Process Portal Settings Inheritance for more information related to the Interval Graph web part.
