Activity Graph - Settings

The following Settings can be configured to customize the Activity Graph web part:

Filter Processes

Feature	Description	How to use it
Use Process Portal Settings	Inherits the Process Portal settings when selected	Click on the radio button to select the option. Then select the process in the list whose activities you want to see.
Use the following processes	Specify which process/es should be included	Click on the radio button to select the option. When selected, the available processes will be listed. More than one process can be selected
Filter	Filters the processes listed	Type text to specify the criteria to filter on. The screen will refresh and display the results
Processes	Lists the processes available for selection	Click on the radio button to select the process
Show completed processes	When selected, all process instances will be reflected. Those who are complete and those who are still in progress.	Tick the check box to select the option
Include server events	Includes server events when selected. If not selected, server events are not displayed	Tick the check box to select the option

Duration

Feature	Description	How to use it
Started today	Includes all process instances started on current date	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time
This week	Includes all process instances started in current week, starting Monday ending Sunday	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time
This month	Includes all process instances started in current month, starting 1st and ending end of the month	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time
This quarter	Includes all process instances started in current quarter. Quarters represent: 1 January to 31 March - both dates inclusive 1 April to 30 June - both dates inclusive 1 July to 30 September - both dates inclusive 1 October to1 December - both dates inclusive	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time
This year	Includes all process instances started in current year, starting 1st January ending 31st December	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time
All	Includes all process instances, no exclusions	Click on the radio button to select the option. Only one option can be selected at a time

Measure filter

Feature	Description	How to use it
Duration	Displays the time period of the activities within the Process from the start until the present. When selected, the duration will be used in the graphical representation.	Click on the radio button to select the option
Instance Count	Displays the number of instances of a specific workflow Process. When selected, the number of instances will be used in the graphical representation.	Click on the radio button to select the option

If the Activity Graph web part is added to a site which is not a K2 Process Portal site, all processes will be displayed and the K2 Process Portal Settings won’t apply. See Process Portal Settings Inheritance for more information related to the Activity Graph web part.
