K2 Designer - Individually Deployed Processes
When using the K2 Designer, the processes are grouped together according to project, under the project parent node. All the processes created within a respective project will be a part of that project.
When a deployment package is created for a project however, the individual processes are extracted from the project and each process deployed into an individual executable. The processes are exported into separate executables because this ensures the individual process and all its resource files, code modules, etc are self contained within the same executable. When the executable is extracted all the files associated with the process will be located in the same directory.

As shown in the image above two (2) processes have been deployed from the same project named My Process and My 2nd Process. The two packages can be extracted to the same directory on the target machine. Once there they can be added back into the same K2 Studio Project.
