5. Build the Document Review Workflow

Next, you will build the second workflow, Document Review Workflow. This workflow also begins by updating the current document's properties to reflect the pending review. You will add a user task for the reviewer, or reviewers. Once again, you have the option to select one or more reviewers as you complete the review request form. The task recipient has two options: Reviewed and Accepted, Rework Required. If they choose to rework the request, K2 assigns a task back to you, the originator. You can either resubmit your document for review or cancel the review request.
