Rich text support for Nintex DocGen
When generating a document with field tags that fetch content dynamically from other systems, the content may be formatted as rich text or enhanced rich text. However, Nintex DocGen may not fully support all formatting options, potentially affecting the appearance of your generated document. The supported formatting in Nintex DocGen varies depending on the source of the dynamic content.
For example, you may generate a document that utilizes a multi-line data field from a list in SharePoint for Office 365, which may contain rich text or enhanced text formatting. In this case, the type of rich text formatting supported changes based on the fact that the document was generated from SharePoint.
Refer to the tables below for supported formats for each source of content.
