Tag SignNow templates

Note: This topic contains information related to the SignNow delivery option available in Salesforce Classic.

You must tag templates for SignNow delivery. You set up the SignNow delivery option with at least one recipient, then add SignNow tags to your templates where SignNow signatures should be displayed.

Tag SignNow templates

Note: You must create an SignNow delivery option and add at least one recipient to tag a template for SignNow. For more information, see SignNow.

To tag a SignNow template:

  1. In Nintex DocGen, click DocGen Package.

  2. Select a DocGen Package with a SignNow delivery that has at least one recipient and click Field Tagger.

  3. In the Field Tagger, from Main Object, select Recipients.

  4. From Recipient, select the Recipient that corresponds to the recipient from the SignNow Delivery option.

    Fields defined for the selected recipient are displayed in the Field Tagger.

  5. From Field Tags, copy the required values under Tag and add them to your document.

Note: After you tag your templates, change the font color of the tags to match the background of your document. This makes the tag invisible in the PDF output document, but allows the signing service to tag the documents.
