Nintex eSign Envelopes
After you run a DocGen Package A customizable package that consists of your Salesforce data, documents, and delivery configurations for documents you want to generate. with a Nintex eSign delivery option, you can conveniently view Nintex eSign Envelopes and their current statuses and details in the eSign Envelopes page within Nintex DocGen. You can also cancel or delete a Nintex eSign Envelope within Salesforce from the Nintex eSign Envelope details page.
The DocGen eSign Envelope Object requires a lookup relationship to the Salesforce object it needs to be related to. See Create a Lookup Relationship in Salesforce.
To view the eSign Envelope status and details from your Nintex eSign Delivery Option, you'll need to create a Lookup Relationship for the DocGen eSign Envelope Object that relates to the Salesforce Object that you have run.

Navigate to and click Salesforce Setup.

Search for and select Object Manager.

Select the eSign Envelope object (API Name: Loop__eSign _Envelope__C) > Fields & Relationships

Click New.

Under Data Type, select Lookup Relationship, then click Next.

In the Related to drop-down, select the related Object, and click Next.

Enter your Starting Object in both the Field Label and Field Name. Note that the Child Relationship Name field auto populates with eSign_Envelopes. Click Next.

Click Next for steps 4 and 5.

Add custom related lists and ensure that the Add Related List option is enabled, then click Save.
View the Nintex eSign Envelopes page
To view the Nintex eSign Envelopes page, complete the steps below.

Click and type Nintex eSign Envelopes in the Search field.

Click Nintex eSign Envelopes.
View and track the Nintex eSign Envelopes details
You can view and track the Nintex eSign Envelope history, status, and details by completing the steps below. Note that the Envelope history does not include activity on the Envelope that occurs after a document is completed, such as downloading the signed document. For a complete history, look up the envelope details in eSign.

From the Nintex eSign Envelopes page, navigate to the eSign Envelope Name column.

Click the Nintex eSign Envelope. The Nintex eSign Envelope details page displays. (See Nintex eSign Envelopes details and history reference for page details.)
View the eSign Envelope details from a component
You can also view and track the Nintex eSign Envelope details from a component on a Salesforce Record.

From the eSign Envelopes details page, navigate to the Status section and click the Related Record.

Owner Alias | The user who owns the record. This field is displayed on the Details tab. |

Cancel an Envelope
Click Cancel Envelope in the top right corner of the Nintex eSign Envelope details page to cancel the Envelope from the Salesforce application. This will terminate the document signing process and prevent further signing of the document inside the Envelope. The Envelope record will not be deleted from Salesforce.
Delete an Envelope
Click Delete in the top right corner of the Nintex eSign Envelope details page to delete the Envelope record from Salesforce. This will only delete the Salesforce Envelope record. The Envelope will still be available in the Nintex eSign application.
