Automated DocGen Instances

The Automated DocGen Instances page allows you to view the status of Automated A DocGen Run that is starts from a user's action, implicitly started (such as changing a field), or a scheduled process. Also known as Auto Run. deployments of DocGen Instances that were initiated within the last seven days. You can view a seven-day summary of completed, errored, and pending automated runs, and you can also download and review a detailed spreadsheet of any errors to resolve.

Access to the Automated DocGen Instances page requires special permissions, and you may need to ask your Salesforce System Administrator for assistance.

To view the status of automated DocGen instances:

  1. Click the Nintex Admin tab.

  2. Click Automated DocGen Instances in the Nintex Admin Home left navigation.

  3. Review the seven-day summary.

  4. Download a detailed errors report by clicking Download Errors (CSV).

The CSV file generated lists the status of Automated A DocGen Run that is starts from a user's action, implicitly started (such as changing a field), or a scheduled process. Also known as Auto Run. deployments of DocGen Instances

  • initiated within the last seven days,

  • the job ID,

  • created date,

  • record ID, and any error messages and error IDs.
