Grant Login Access

Through Salesforce AppExchange technology, Salesforce provides ISV Partners that offer managed packages the ability to log in to a Subscriber's (a customer that has the managed package installed in their org) Organization if the Subscriber has granted login access. The Subscriber can grant login access for different time periods (e.g. 1 day, 1 week) and can remove access at any time. This Subscriber access allows Nintex to support DocGen for Salesforce customers through any issues they may raise. Nintex requires that any users with permission to access a Subscriber's org have two-factor authentication for their Nintex Salesforce login.

How to grant subscriber access to Nintex support

  1. From DocGen Admin, click Grant Login Access.
  2. On the Grant Account Login Access screen, select an Access Duration for Nintex Support.
