This topic describes how to provision a user to use Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce. You assign a license and permissions to each user. You also use this screen to revoke licenses or permissions.
Manage user licenses and permissions
Manage user licenses and permissions. You can track how many licenses are available for your organization in Provisioned Users.
Tip: You may prefer to assign permissions using a profile. For more information, see Assign app permissions by profile.
To grant users a license and permission

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Admin.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the
App Launcher. -
Under Users, click User Permissions.

Under Profiles, select a profile.

In Available Users, select a user.
- Take one of the following actions.
- Click Add Admin to grant the selected user a license and permission to administer and use the app
- Click Add User to grant the selected user a license and permission to use the app
To deny users a license and permission

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Admin.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the
App Launcher. -
Under Users, click User Permissions.

Take one of the following actions.
In Administrators, select the name of an administrator and click Remove Admin
In Users, select the name of a user and click Remove User
