Disable Internet Explorer compatibility mode

You can disable compatibility mode for Internet Explorer (IE) 8, 9, 10, and 11. Use the instruction below for your version of IE.

Disable Internet Explorer compatibility mode

You can disable compatibility mode for Internet Explorer.

To disable compatibility mode in Internet Explorer 11

1. Click the Gear icon (in the top right corner of IE), select Compatibility View Settings, and clear Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.

2. Click Close.

   Note: You must close your browser for the changes to take effect.

To disable compatibility mode in Internet Explorer 10, 9 and 8

1. Click the Gear icon (in the top right corner of IE), select Compatibility View Settings, clear Display all websites in Compatibility View and Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.

2. Click Close.

   Note: You must close your browser for the changes to take effect.
