You must tag templates for Sertifi delivery. You review the Sertifi tagging documentation, then add Sertifi tags to your templates wherever Sertifi signatures should appear.
Note: Sertifi tags are not supported in the field tagger. You must create Sertifi tags by hand.
Tag Sertifi templates
Review the Sertifi tagging documentation, then add Sertifi tags to templates where you want Sertifi signatures to appear. For more information, see Sertifi Intelligent Tags on the Sertifi support site.
From the Sertifi Intelligent Tags document:
All Sertifi Intelligent tags use the same format; they start with the word Sertifi, then the location type, and finally the signer level and order. Each new word in the tag starts with a capital letter. The first number describes the signer’s level, a 1 for first signers or a 2 for second signers. The second number tells us which signer in that level the tag is for, this is based on the order the signers are added to the file. If only one signer per level is needed the second number can be left off the tag. For example, SertifiSignature_1_2 tells our system to place a small signature box for the second first-signer added to the file.
The chart below lists the Sertifi signature types and the intelligent tags for text or PDF entry, each is listed as it would be used for a single first signer.
