Bulk Send Overview

Bulk send allows users to send envelopes for signature to hundreds of different email addresses. After uploading a CSV file with email addresses, users can create instances that contain these email addresses, which then can be used to send a document to those email addresses.

There are four components to the bulk send feature:

• Admin settings

• Creating an instance

• Uploading a CSV file with email addresses

• Sending out the bulk message

• Reporting on bulk send

Currently the bulk send feature is only available for the following Nintex eSign environments:

• sandbox: east us

• www: west us

• na1: east us
