User management page

This topic describes how to view, add and delete users for Nintex App Studio.

To view users

  1. On the upper right of the home page (to the left of your user name), click Settings.

    The licensing information page appears.

  2. On the left, click User management.

    The User management page appears, listing all users.

    For each user, the page lists their email address, first name, and last name.

To add a user

  1. Access the User management page: Click Settings and then click User management.
  2. Click Add new.

    The Add user section appears.

  3. In the Add user section, type the email address, and the first and last name of the user.
  4. Click Add.

    If this is the first time the email address has been registered with App Studio, the user will receive a welcome email with instructions to set a password.

To delete a user

Note: You cannot delete your own account.

  1. Access the User management page: Click Settings and then click User management.
  2. In the row of the user you want to delete, click .

    The Delete user confirmation window appears.

  3. Click OK.
