Process statistics and reports
The dashboard provides a summary of the state of your processes, both across the organisation and in a group-by-group report. These figures can be expanded into reports by Business Analyst and Promaster users.
This pie chart summarizes the state of all your processes. Hovering your mouse over each segment provides the number of processes for each, and a link to a more detailed report.
Processes will only be counted once for the purposes of this chart. If a process is both unpublished and out of date, it will only be counted in the out of date section.
The related reports behave a little differently, in that they include all processes that match their filters. A report on unpublished processes will include both current and out of date processes that are unpublished. That means the total figures will not necessarily match between the chart and the reports.
The Feedback section averages the rating given to all your processes. If there are no processes rated, it will show a default 2.5 star rating.
Clicking on the summary numbers will open reports listing the processes that make up these numbers and relevant details.
