Generate reports
Reports give you a detailed look at the state of your processes, documents, and other Nintex Process Manager modules. These can be viewed within Nintex Process Manager with active links to the relevant processes, exported to .pdf or Excel file, or printed.
Most reports will allow you to filter by process group, and may have various options you can toggle on or off for more or less detail. Use the controls at the bottom of the page to navigate through the pages of longer reports.
Who can access reports?
Promasters A Nintex Promapp system administrator who administers a Nintex Promapp site and has rights to view and edit all areas of a Nintex Promapp site. can view all reports. Business Analysts A user who can create and edit all processes if not restricted by permissions, view all reports and edit Roles and Responsibilities. and User privileges have more limited options based on the configuration settings selected by the Promaster. Access reports
- Go to Admin > Reports on the top-right of your Nintex Process Manager site. The available list of reports is displayed based on your permissions and add-ons available for your Nintex Process Manager site, as described below.
- Each report will display different filters, date range selectors or additional fields. You can select a group, set a filter, and click Refresh to display the results.
- Export the report to PDF or Excel using the buttons on the top-right.
- Print the report using the button on the top-right.
- Navigate to multiple pages using the navigation bar at the bottom.
CSV Endpoints
Several reports can now also be exported directly to CSV through the use of a new report generate endpoint. These are noted in the tables below and follow the pattern: https://<tenantURL>/exports/api/v1/reports/<reportname>/csv.

Process Views |

Displays the list of unpublished processes and published processes with revisions in progress. |

Process Variation Time/Cost Saving Report | Reports on the actual cost/time savings on the variation versus the standard process the variation is linked to. |
Varied Process Time/Cost Savings Report | Compares variations time/cost savings to other variations linked to the same process. |

Process Change Acknowledgments | Displays by process who has or has not acknowledged the most recent change to the process in a particular time period. It will show why the person is required to acknowledge the change and where they have the data they did so. |
Scheduled Training |
Displays the forthcoming training events for a select role. The report lists by month who is supervising training for a particular Training or Competency Unit, when that training is, and how many people are expected to complete or attend the training. |
Training Records | Displays what training a person in a given role has completed or is scheduled to complete. |
