AI Model to Map Converter Overview

You can use the AI Model to Map Converter to create a new procedure from an existing BPMN Process Model. Instead of starting from scratch, you choose whether to use the full model or specific parts of it. Generative AI then converts the model into a draft procedure that includes activities, tasks, and role assignments where applicable.

After the draft is generated, you can choose to discard it, regenerate a new version, adjust your selection, or accept it as the first draft of your process. From there, you can continue editing the procedure in Process Manager, including assigning roles, adding documents, and tagging as needed.

To use this feature, Process Models must be enabled in your tenant, and at least one Process Model must be available.

When to use the AI Model to Map Converter tool

Use the AI Model to Map Converter when:

• A BPMN Process Model already exists and needs to be documented as a Nintex Process Manager procedure.

• You want to accelerate procedure creation using an existing model.

• You require a structured first draft rather than building from a blank procedure.

• You have an externally created BPMN Process Model that has been imported into Process Models and needs to be converted into a Process Manager procedure.
