Step 3 : Create a form

Now that you have created the list and columns, you can start designing the form.

After you create a form for a list and publish it, if you click +New to add an item to the list, the Nintex Form opens. You can use the form to add a new item to the list.

You can connect a form control to a column in the list to enter form input to the column. For example if you want to collect name, address and phone numbers entered by form users in columns of a SharePoint list, connect each column to the respective form control.

For more information, see Forms.
