Yammer update user profile

Note:

This is an external action and may execute on servers running outside your data center Centralized locations used to house servers used by Nintex for remote storage, processing, or distribution of data. Action is available only with the Nintex for Office 365 Enterprise Edition.

Updates a user's profile on a Yammer network.

Note: Empty values are used to update the user profile; leaving inputs empty deletes previous information from the user's Yammer profile.

Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

Double-click the action.
Click on the action and then click Configure.

Field	Description
Authorizing user	Specify an email address to receive the authorization request for the action. External email addresses can be used. What happens in the authorization process? When the action runs, an email with the below content is sent to the email address selected for the Authorizing user. From: notification@nintexlive.com Subject: Contains phrases "Nintex Live" and "Request authorization". Contents: Contains links to authorize or deny the operation. When the link to provide authorization is clicked the user is prompted to do the following: Log in to the external service. Allow Nintex Live to access the external service. Option to stop receiving future authorization requests for the service. What happens if authorization is not provided? If the authorizationis not provided for one of the following reasons, the workflow is suspended. The authorizing user denies the authorization request by: Clicking the deny link in the email received. Not allowing Nintex live to access the external service. The workflow is suspended with the error "The service request has been denied". Authorization is not provided within 7 days after the authorization request is sent. The authorizing user never clicks the authorize link in the email message. The authorizing user initiates the process by clicking the link but does not complete all steps. For example, the authorizing user logs in to the external service but does not complete the step to allow Nintex Live to access the external service. The workflow is suspended with the error "The service request has expired". Note: All members can update their own profiles but an administrator account is required to update other profiles.
User email	Specify the email address of the profile to be updated. This account must be in the same network as the authorizing user.
Full name	Specify the full name.
Bio	Write a summary for the user.
Job title	Specify the user's job title.
Location	Specify the user's location.
Significant other	Specify the user's significant other.
Kids' names	Specify the user's kids' names.
Expertise	Specify the user's expertise.
Interests	Specify the user's interests.
Work phone	Specify the user's work phone number.
Extension	Specify the user's work phone extension number.
Mobile phone	Specify the user's mobile phone number.
IM provider	Specify an instant messenger (IM) provider.
IM name	Specify the instant messenger (IM) name.
School	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of schools.
Degree/Diploma	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of degrees or diplomas.
School description	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of school descriptions.
Start year	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of start years.
End year	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of end years.
Employer	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of employers.
Position held	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of prior job titles.
Job description	Specify a dictionary for the list of descriptions.
Employment start year	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of start years.
Employment end year	Specify a collection or dictionary variable for the list of end years.
Update successful	Specify a Boolean variable to store whether or not the update account was successful. Returns "Yes" if the account was updated successfully.
