Yammer send invitation

Note:

Sends an invitation to join the authorizing user's Yammer network via email.

Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

Double-click the action.
Click on the action and then click Configure.

Field	Description
Authorizing user	Specify an email address to receive the authorization request for the action. External email addresses can be used. What happens in the authorization process? When the action runs, an email with the below content is sent to the email address selected for the Authorizing user. From: notification@nintexlive.com Subject: Contains phrases "Nintex Live" and "Request authorization". Contents: Contains links to authorize or deny the operation. When the link to provide authorization is clicked the user is prompted to do the following: Log in to the external service. Allow Nintex Live to access the external service. Option to stop receiving future authorization requests for the service. What happens if authorization is not provided? If the authorizationis not provided for one of the following reasons, the workflow is suspended. The authorizing user denies the authorization request by: Clicking the deny link in the email received. Not allowing Nintex live to access the external service. The workflow is suspended with the error "The service request has been denied". Authorization is not provided within 7 days after the authorization request is sent. The authorizing user never clicks the authorize link in the email message. The authorizing user initiates the process by clicking the link but does not complete all steps. For example, the authorizing user logs in to the external service but does not complete the step to allow Nintex Live to access the external service. The workflow is suspended with the error "The service request has expired". Note: If the authorizing user is an administrator of the Yammer network, invitations may be sent to any recipient. If the sender is not an administrator of the Yammer network, only recipients on the same email domain can be invited.
User to invite	Specify the email address of the user to be invited to the authorizing user's Yammer network.
Invite successful	Specify a Boolean variable to store whether or not the invitation was successful. Returns "Yes" if the invitation was sent successfully. Returns "No" if the recipient was invited previously or unsuccessful.

Note: If the authorizing user is an administrator of the Yammer network, invitations may be sent to any recipient. If the sender is not an administrator of the Yammer network, only recipients on the same email domain can be invited.

User to invite

Specify the email address of the user to be invited to the authorizing user's Yammer network.

Invite successful

Specify a Boolean variable to store whether or not the invitation was successful. Returns "Yes" if the invitation was sent successfully. Returns "No" if the recipient was invited previously or unsuccessful.
