Yammer remove account

Note: 

Removes a user account from the authorizing user's Yammer network.

Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

  • Double-click the action.
  • Click on the action and then click Configure.

Field Description
Authorizing user

Specify an email address to receive the authorization request for the action. External email addresses can be used.

Note: This workflow action requires authorization by the administrator of the Yammer network.

Existing user email

Specify the email address of an existing user account to be removed from the authorizing user's Yammer network.

Delete permanently

Specify whether or not to delete the account. Select one of the following items for Value.

  • Yes: Deletes the user account.
  • No: Suspends the user account.

Note: This setting applies only when the user to be removed is in the same domain as the authorizing user.

Removal successful

Specify a Boolean variable to store whether or not the removal was successful. Returns "Yes" if the account removal was successful. Returns "No" if the account does not exist.
