Set Workflow Status
Updates the status of the workflow instance shown on the Workflow Status page. For list workflows, adds a column to store the status of the workflow instance for each item. The new column is identified by the workflow name.
You can use this action to track workflow status during the progress of the workflow instance.
Action settings
Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:
- Double-click the action.
- Click
on the action and then click Configure.

Enter the status value to assign to the workflow instance. The specified status value is applied to the workflow instance when the action executes. Accepts text/string and displays that string as the status. You can specify a custom value, such as Workflow Started. |
