Salesforce change user status

Changes the status of a user in Salesforce.

Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

  • Double-click the action.
  • Click on the action and then click Configure.

Field Description
Environment

Specify the Salesforce environment. Select one of the following items.

  • Production
  • Sandbox
Username

Specify the Salesforce username.

Password

Specify the Salesforce password.

Security token

Specify the Salesforce security token.

Change user status to

Specify the status of the user.

  • Inactive: Deactivate the user.
  • Active: Activate the user.
where User ID equals

Specify the unique record identifier of the user. Example: 00Qi000000F62KA
