Rackspace create server
- This is an external action and may execute on servers running outside your data center Centralized locations used to house servers used by Nintex for remote storage, processing, or distribution of data. Nintex has a number of regional data centers available for Nintex for Office 365. - Action is available only with the Nintex for Office 365 Enterprise Edition.
Creates a Rackspace next generation cloud server. First generation cloud servers are not supported.
Action settings
Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:
- Double-click the action.
- Click on the action and then click Configure.

Specify a name for the server. |
Region |
Specify which region to create the server in. Selected region must be compatible with the region the Rackspace account was created in. |
Image name |
Specify the name of the image to use. |
Server size |
Specify the amount of RAM and disk space the server will have. |
Username |
Specify the username for the Rackspace account. |
API Key |
Specify the API Key associated with the username. |
Server ID |
Specify a workflow variable to store the ID of the server. |
IP address |
Specify a workflow variable to store the ID address of the server. |
Password |
Specify a workflow variable to store the default administrator password for the server. |
