Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow actions
The following Microsoft Dynamics CRM workflow actions are available:
Grant Admin consent for the Nintex Live - Dynamics CRM app in Azure Active Directory
Note: Admin consent must be granted only when connecting to Dynamics 365 Online tenants. If connecting to an on-premise tenant admin consent is not required.

Sign in to Azure portal. Use the credentials of the tenant that has the Dynamics CRM subscription.

Select Azure Active Directory from the Azure services section.
Note: If you can't find it on the homepage, use the search bar to search for it.

Click the Overview tab.

Click next to the Tenant ID field to copy the tenant ID.

In the following link replace <tenant ID> with the tenant ID you copied in step 4.

Navigate to the URL you constructed in step 5.

In Pick an account, select the account that has permission to grant admin consent.

In the Permissions requested page, review the permissions that the application requires and click Accept.
You are directed to the following URL. Ensure that the admin_consent value shown is True.

Sign in to Azure portal.

Select Azure Active Directory, and then select Enterprise applications.

Check if the Nintex Workflow for Office 365 app is listed in the All Applications tab.
If the Nintex Live - Dynamics CRM app is not there, Admin consent has not been granted.
