Exchange Online retrieve calendar items

Retrieves calendar items from Exchange Online.

Note: This is an external action and may execute on servers running outside your data center Centralized locations used to house servers used by Nintex for remote storage, processing, or distribution of data. Action settings

Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:

  • Double-click the action.
  • Click on the action and then click Configure.

See Action configuration window for more information.

Field Description
Time zone

Select the time zone for the specified search window.

Default value: UTC.

Items occurring after

Return items occurring after this time.

 

Items occurring before

Return items occurring before this time.

 

Maximum results

Specify the maximum number of results to return, up to 100 items.

Authorizing user

Important: Due to Microsoft deprecating basic authentication, the Username and Password fields in the configuration of this action has been replaced with the new Authorizing user field. If you have existing workflows using the old version of the action, you must add the action to your workflow again and reconfigure it. Existing workflows with the old version of the action will continue to run till basic authentication is deprecated by Microsoft. After it's deprecated the action will fail at execution if you don't replace and reconfigure the action.

Specify an email address to receive the authorization request for the action. External email addresses can be used.

Exchange version

Specify the version of Exchange Online.

User to impersonate

Specify a user to impersonate. This allows an account with the appropriate permissions to retrieve items from the user’s calendar.

Calendar item ID

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's ID.

Subject

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's subject.

Location

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's location.

Message body

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's details.

Start time

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's start time in the specified time zone.

End time

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's end time in the specified time zone.

All day event

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store whether or not the calendar item is an all day event.

Reminder (minutes)

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the number of minutes the reminder is set to for a calendar item.

Show time as

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar appearance of the calendar item's time.

Importance

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's importance.

Category

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's category.

Private

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store whether or not the calendar item is private.

Required

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's required attendees.

Optional

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store the calendar item's optional attendees.

Request response

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store whether or not the calendar item has requested responses.

Allow new time proposals

Specify a collection or dictionary variable to store whether or not new time proposals are allowed for the calendar item.

Result count

Specify a numeric variable to store the number of results.
