DocuSign send envelope
Send an envelope from a draft stored in DocuSign. The user can update the recipient’s email, name, email subject, and message before sending it as a complete document to the recipient. The recipient will then receive an email notification for further action.

Action settings
Do one of the following to open the Action configuration window:
- Double-click the action.
- Click on the action and then click Configure.

Authorizing user |
Specify an email address to receive the authorization request for the action. External email addresses can be used. What happens in the authorization process?

Envelope ID |
Specify the envelope ID from draft to send the envelope. The draft must contain at least one document. Envelope ID can be retrieved from the output of the action DocuSign populate template. |
Recipient email |
Specify a recipient’s email address to receive the document to be signed. Maximum 100 characters. This entry overwrites any existing recipient email addresses in the initial draft. Leave blank to send to the recipient specified in the initial draft. |
Recipient name |
Specify a recipient’s name to receive the document to be signed. Maximum 100 characters. Leave blank to send to the recipient specified in the initial draft. |
Email subject |
Specify the subject of the email to overwrite the Email Subject in the initial draft. Maximum 100 characters. Leave blank to use the email subject specified in the initial draft. |
Email message |
Specify the message of the email to overwrite the Email Message in the initial draft. Maximum 10000 characters. Leave blank to use the email message specified in the initial draft. |
