Action Set
Use the Action Set action to bundle actions A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. together into a container that can be expanded or collapsed for easier navigation of the workflow A method of streamlining manual and paper-based processes often comprised of unstructured tasks involving people, processes, and content.. Also useful for grouping and documenting sets of actions.
Like other container actions, Action Set allows you to add actions within it by dragging and dropping the action to a drop zone () within its borders. You can also nest Action Set containers within Action Set containers.

An action that has branches or contains other actions that can be collapsed down into a single action high-level view. Create branches using actions such as Conditional branch and contain other actions using Action set action.
- Click ... on the upper left border of the container action and select Expand/Collapse.
- Click / on the upper left border of the container action.
Note: When collapsed, the details within a container action are temporarily hidden from view. If child actions in a collapsed container action need further configuration, the unconfigured indicator () appears along the top of the container border. The collapsed/expanded states of container actions are retained when the workflow is saved or published.

Drag and drop the actions, one by one, to a drop zone () within the container action's borders.
The container action must be expanded to see the drop zone.
Configure the Action Set action
In the Designer:

Click the Logic and flow action group in the action toolbox.
or
Type the action name or function in the Search field at the top of the action toolbox.

Drag the Action Set action to the point in the workflow where you want to bundle actions.
This action does not require any configuration; however, you can optionally add a description to summarize the containers purpose.

Grants elevated permissions to contained actions. With this enabled, you can run your workflow with the Action Set action having more permissions than the Nintex app. It allows the action to have an elevated level of permission with full control or admin control on the site. A key icon in the action indicates elevated app permissions.
