Third party cookies are blocked
When a browser that has blocked or disabled third -party cookies Nintex Forms will not work correctly and you may get an error indicating that cookies are blocked.
Issue and cause
When accessing the forms designer, you may receive error notifications indicating that third party cookies are blocked. To resolve this problem, you have to enable enabling third-party cookies. Nintex Forms is loaded through an iframe on SharePoint Online's servers, which is considered a third-party domain by browsers. Your browser might be set to automatically block third-party sites leading to this error.
Resolution

Go to chrome://settings/cookies to open Google Chrome's cookies and other site data settings.

Click the Add button next to the Sites that can always use cookies field.
The Add a site window is displayed.

Add the following sites one by one to add them to the allow list:

[*.]nintexo365.net
-
[*.]nintex.com

[*.]sharepoint.com
Important: You must also include any custom tenant domains.

login.microsoftonline.com
Important: Ensure that the All cookies, on this site only check box is not selected.

If Nintex Forms is still not working after you change the above settings, it's possible that additional third-party sites are being restrcted. Chrome will display an eye icon with a line through it to indicate that cookies and sites are being blocked. Click this eye icon and select the option Site not working, to allow the blocked cookies and sites to pass through.
