Sign In

This topic describes how to sign in to K2 Mobile.

Connecting to a K2 blackpearl Environment

To sign in, enter your workflow server address (e.g. 'k2.denallix.com' or 'https://k2.denallix.com') and tap Next.

Then enter your username or email, and your password and tap Sign In.

When you sign in to a K2 Five or later environment with the K2 Mobile for Android app on a Android 5 or later device, you are prompted to use the K2 Workspace for Android app.

Connecting to a K2 Cloud Environment

When connecting to an K2 Cloud environment, you must enter the K2 Cloud server URL and your username (User Principal Name, usually in email format) and password. For example:

Server: https://denallix.onk2.com
Username: bob@denallix.com

The K2 Cloud server URL is the URL selected during the registration wizard for the K2 Cloud for SharePoint App.

After tapping Sign In, the Microsoft Azure login page opens allowing you to login and give consent for required permissions to be used before returning you to the Android app.

If any errors occur, a message is displayed to help you troubleshoot.
