Toolbox - Basic

The Basic category in the Toolbox contains out-of-the-box steps (OOB) to represent and automate business decisions and paths to be followed within your workflow. Steps will generally connect user tasks with system tasks and vice verse, ensuring that steps are performed in a specific path or manner and ended accordingly. These steps are dragged onto the canvas, configured and then forms part of the workflow.
